My Journey
I studied Culinary Arts at SAIT, where baking was simply part of the curriculum and didn't initially spark my passion. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I began experimenting at home, starting with garlic bread and cheese ensaymada, then moving on to cheesecakes, cookies, and carrot cakes.
In 2021, a friend encouraged me to bake a birthday cake for my best friend. Though hesitant, I shared it online and was met with overwhelming support. Since then, I've continued refining my craft, now baking everything from scratch. With my community's encouragement, I've grown in both skill and confidence, and I truly feel I'm on the right path.

While we offer "Nut-Free," "Gluten-Free" or "Dairy-Free" options upon request, we are not an allergy-free facility. We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of trace amounts of allergens due to shared equipment and preparation areas.
