What started as a simple curiosity during the pandemic has grown into something Nicole never imagined: a passion, a business, and a dream she hopes to build into a lifelong legacy.

  1. Chapter 01The Philippines

    Always drawn tomaking things.

    Growing up in the Philippines, Nicole was always drawn to creativity, from dancing and photography to painting, drawing, and crafts. After moving to Canada, that lifelong love for art evolved into something people could not only see, but taste, share, and remember.

  2. Chapter 02SAIT, Calgary

    Trained inchef whites.

    Nicole, Founder and Owner of Nicsdelite, is a SAIT Culinary Arts alumna from the Class of 2021. Her love for creating, however, began long before culinary school.

  3. Chapter 03At home

    Her family, thefirst taste-testers.

    During the COVID-19 pandemic, baking became her creative escape. Her family became her first taste-testers as she spent countless hours learning, researching, experimenting, and embracing every trial and error along the way.

    What began at home soon became Nicsdelite.

  4. Chapter 04Out in the city

    Campus tables,pop-up stalls.

    As her cakes found their way to birthdays, weddings, baby showers and milestones, Nicsdelite began showing up in person, from SAITSA campus events to pop-up markets.

    And next,your celebration.

    As more cakes became part of birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and meaningful milestones, Nicole discovered what made this journey truly special: being trusted to create something for moments people will remember for years to come.

    Today, Nicsdelite is a Calgary-based custom cake and dessert business built on creativity, flavour, attention to detail, and heart. Every creation is thoughtfully made to bring a piece of each client’s vision to the celebration table.
