Deposit Policy

1. Regular Orders (Cakes & Desserts)#

To secure your order date:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup or delivery.
• Rush orders (less than 72 hours' notice) require full payment upfront and may have additional fees.

Important: Deposits are non-refundable because your date and ingredients are reserved specifically for you.

2. Wedding Cakes#

Because wedding cakes require extensive planning and scheduling:

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date.
• Your wedding date is not secured until the retainer is paid.
• The final balance is due 14 days or 2 weeks before the wedding date.
• Any changes must be requested at least 3 weeks prior to the event (subject to approval).

Important: Wedding retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable due to advance preparation and date blocking.

3. Payment Methods Accepted#

• E-Transfer
• Cash (pickup only)
• Other methods as approved

4. Late Payments#

Orders with unpaid balances by the due date may be cancelled without refund of deposit.
