Deposit Policy

Regular Orders (Cakes & Desserts)

To secure your order date:

• •A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• •Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• •The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup or delivery.
• •Rush orders (less than 72 hours' notice) require full payment upfront and may have additional fees.

Wedding Cakes

Because wedding cakes require extensive planning and scheduling:

• •A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date.
• •Your wedding date is not secured until the retainer is paid.
• •The final balance is due 14 days or 2 weeks before the wedding date.
• •Any changes must be requested at least 3 weeks prior to the event (subject to approval).

• •E-Transfer
• •Cash (pickup only)
• •Other methods as approved

Late Payments

Orders with unpaid balances by the due date may be cancelled without refund of deposit.
