Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Nicsdelite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.

2. Ordering & Deposits

• •Booking: Orders are only confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is received.
• •Lead Time: We recommend at least 1-2 weeks notice for custom orders. Orders with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a Rush Fee.
• •Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to the pickup or delivery date.

3. Design & Artistic Variation

• •Inspiration Photos: While we love seeing your "inspo" photos, we do not provide exact replicas. Each Nicsdelite creation is handmade and subject to artistic interpretation.
• •Color Matching: We strive for accuracy, but due to the nature of food coloring and screen resolutions, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• •Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and cover the cost of early ingredient sourcing.
• •Cancellations: If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full payment is forfeited.
• •Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability.

5. Pickup & Delivery

• •Safe Handling: Once a dessert leaves our hands (at pickup or successful delivery), Nicsdelite is not responsible for any damage caused by improper transport, heat, or handling.
• •Storage: We will provide storage instructions (e.g., "Keep Refrigerated"). Failure to follow these instructions may result in structural or aesthetic damage.

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• •Disclaimer: While we offer Gluten-Free/Sugar-free/Vegan options, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
• •Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to inform their guests of any potential allergens.

7. Media Usage

Nicsdelite reserves the right to photograph and use images of your custom order for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. If your order is a surprise, please let us know so we can delay posting!

8. Limitation of Liability

In the event of an error on our part, Nicsdelite's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
