   Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for weekends, weddings, large orders, and busy seasons. Your date is only secured once the required payment or deposit is received.

3. 03Do you accept rush orders?

   Yes, depending on availability. Orders placed within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% rush fee.

4. 04Can you recreate a cake from an inspiration photo?

   Absolutely! Inspiration photos are welcome. Nicsdelite will use them as a guide while adding its own creative touch. Exact replicas cannot always be guaranteed.

5. 05What cake sizes, servings, and flavors are available?

   Nicsdelite offers several cake sizes, layer options, and signature flavors. The best size will be recommended based on your guest count and design. Visit the Menu & Flavors section for current options.

6. 06Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

   Selected items may be available as vegan, eggless, gluten-free, or other alternatives. Please disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering. Cross-contact with common allergens may still be possible.

   Every cake is individually quoted. Pricing depends on size, flavor, filling, design complexity, decorations, specialty materials, and delivery requirements.

8. 08What are the payment terms?

   A 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 3 days before your order date. Your invoice will confirm the payment terms for your specific order.

9. 09What is the cancellation and refund policy?

   Eligible cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the order date may receive a 100% refund. Later eligible cancellations may receive a 50% refund. Custom materials already purchased or work already completed may affect the final refund amount.

    Yes. Pickup is available by scheduled appointment, and delivery may be arranged for an additional fee based on distance, timing, order size, and handling requirements.
